I offer evidence-based therapies like ACT, CBT, EFT, and more, all tailored specifically to fit you.
I also offer both in-person and online options for maximum flexibility.

A bit about me.
Outside of work, I'm happily married and have a young family. They keep me grounded and remind me of the joys (and stresses!) that come with life's different stages. I also understand the challenges of living with chronic health issues. This personal experience allows me to truly connect with clients facing a wide range of challenges, both physical and emotional, with an understanding of how the two are connected. Think of me as your guide and help on this journey. I'm a therapist with a Master's degree in Counselling Practice, but beyond that, I'm a real person too. My faith is a source of strength and hope in my own life, and while it can be a part of our sessions if that feels right for you, it's ultimately your journey we're focussing on.
