We support you if you're feeling anxious, low, stuck, grieving, or dealing with relationship strain. Our work is especially suited to young men, young women, young couples, and families who want a calm, person-centred space to talk things through and find a way forward.

Our counselling sessions are designed to be accessible and supportive. A standard 50-minute session is $115, while extended 80-minute sessions are $172.50 and couples counselling is $200. Payments can be made via credit card, debit, or invoicing. We’re here to work with your schedule and provide the care you need.

Selah Counselling & Psychotherapy is led by Hamish Nettleton, a master's-trained therapist based in Adelaide. I use a person-centred approach and draw on evidence-based therapies to support you in a thoughtful, grounded way.

In your first session, I’ll spend time getting to know you, what’s bringing you in, and what you’d like support with. We’ll move at your pace, talk through what feels important, and begin shaping a plan that feels manageable and supportive.
